About us
We are the "Autonomous Vehicle Systems" group, a new professorship at the Technical University Munich. We are engaged in the development of autonomous vehicles and want to actively contribute to shaping the future of our mobility in a positive way. Our goal is to develop autonomous vehicles that have a positive impact on our current mobility by reducing traffic congestion, preventing accidents and providing a higher comfort for vehicle occupants.
Your tasks
Your tasks as a team assistant include:
- General organizational and administrative support of the professorship and the team
- Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings and travels
- Preparation of presentations and other documents
- Administration of documents and databases
- Financial controlling and report writing (fund management, accounting, appropriation requests, budget monitoring
What you should bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Experience in supporting teams
- Conscientious, independent and reliable working style
- Confident use of a PC and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge and experience in university administration are an advantage
- Friendly and professional appearance, loyalty and discretion
- You should be a strong communicator, well organized and a team player
- Enjoy working in a team
