We are thrilled to share some wonderful news from the TUM Autonomous Vehicle Systems Lab! One of our own has been recognized with the prestigious Outstanding Reviewer Award at this year's IEEE ITS Society Intelligent Vehicle Symposium (IV 24) in Jeju Island, Korea. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Jonas Sjöberg and Seung-Hyun Kong for this honor.
The peer review process, while not without its challenges, remains a cornerstone of our academic and research endeavors. This award underscores the importance of dedicating time and effort to review and support our colleagues' work. We hope this recognition inspires young researchers to engage in the review process, contributing to the collective advancement of our field.
A special thank you to our incredible team members who have made this journey possible: Korbinian Moller, Baha Zarrouki, Alexander Langmann, Marc Kaufeld, Felix Jahncke, Rainer Trauth, and Frederik Werner. And a very special thanks to Bassam Alrifaee for graciously accepting the award on behalf of our team.
Together, we continue to push the boundaries of autonomous vehicle research and innovation. Here's to many more achievements and advancements!
