We are happy to Share that the Startup "SmartAIs" secured the prestigeous EXIST Startup funding grant. With this grant, the team of Sascha Preget, Said Drbel and Yamen Mohisn has now one year of full funding to bring their ideas alive. With the startup SmartAIs, the aim is to leverage AI-based methods and develop the next generation of digital assistants - especially for blind people. 

Our AVS Lab together with Prof. Betz is supporting the team as and Exist Mentor. We will provide insights into the field of autonomous systems and support the team along their way of development. Congrats from the whole AVS team for this fantastic news!
