Vita

After completing my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, I undertook an internship at Mercedes-Benz AG in Sindelfingen in the department of Passive Safety. I then proceeded to the Technical University of Munich to pursue a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering. In March of 2023, I joined the TUM Autonomous Motorsport Team and provided support to the perception team. In this context, I completed my Master's thesis on the sensor fusion of camera and LiDAR on an autonomous race car.

Since June of 2024, I have been working as a doctoral candidate at the Professorship Autonomous Vehicle Systems (AVS) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Johannes Betz. My research focuses on the trajectory planning for evasive maneuvers in order to react safely and reasonably to unsafe and dynamic situations. Additionally, I am still part of the TUM Autonomous Motorsport Team, where I am also working on trajectory planning.
