The Bicycle Municipal Conference serves as a forum for effective networking and knowledge exchange among those responsible for cycling infrastructure in municipalities. It takes place annually in the fall at varying locations. The Federal Office of Logistics and Mobility (BALM) organizes the conference in collaboration with a host municipality. On November 23, 2023, Sebastian Seisenberger (TUM) and Ulrike Jehle (Plan4Better) had the opportunity to present the GOAT 3.0 project at this year's conference in Regensburg. Additionally, the accessibility tool was showcased during a practical session.
