Focus Area
Luca Scotellaro joined the Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning in June 2021. He completed his interdisciplinary Master's Program in Politics & Technology - with a focus on urban mobility - at the TUM School of Governance. He is managing the newly created openLAB Urban Mobility.
One focus of his work are governance processes around stakeholder engagement.
