General description:
SUE supports the MCube Cluster in two areas: In system design, we are developing a method that can be used early in the planning process to assess whether a transportation system (subway, streetcar, cable car, on-demand services, etc.) has potential for a particular scenario. In the evaluation, we look at the processes and procedures within MCube and support the 11 innovation projects in measuring their success in terms of achieving the MCube goals (improving the quality of time/space/air).
Objectives:
- Development and testing of a methodology, called mobil-o-mat, to support individual decisions on the integration of additional mobility systems or on the overall mobility strategy for a metropolitan region.
- Creation and so far unique presentation of evaluation results in the form of a transparent, digital dashboard.
- Development of guidelines that can be exploited both for the further development of the MCube Cluster and for planning practice in the region and beyond.
