The International Land Use Symposium (ILUS) took place from October 4th to 6th, 2023, in Ahmedabad, India. Prior to the conference, within the two-day 'Indo-German Workshop on Open Spatial Data Infrastructure for Sustainable Urban Development,' the Geo Open Accessibility Tool (GOAT) and experiences with open data portals in Germany were presented. Elias Pajares (Plan4Better), Sebastian Seisenberger (TUM, Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning), and Shravan Shinde (MVV) presented their work on the quality of OpenStreetMap data and the integration of various datasets in GOAT. Both events were organized by CEPT University in collaboration with the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IÖR).
