Last week, David Duran Rodas and Lea Zuckriegl were in Madrid to engage and network with 16 international and interdisciplinary partners, aiming to create a more equitable, sustainable, and climate-adaptive future by redefining our built environments. Through various innovations across six European countries, we seek to inspire tangible change, empower individuals with special needs, and foster a sense of belonging for all members of society while preserving our climate and environment.
Our Technische Universität München team, led by Benjamin Büttner, is focusing on comfort-based accessibility, developing a tool to demonstrate how individuals with diverse needs can access different activities comfortably.
💙 Special thanks to our lead partner Floridea Di Ciommo and María Alonso Raposo from cambiaMO | changing mobility for organizing the first in-person meeting in Madrid, the inspiring city walk to La Casa Encendida, and the joint dinner. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect.
