Vitae
Amber Chen studied Transportation Technology and Management at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) from 2006 to 2010 and Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU) from 2010 to 2012 in Taiwan. Then, she worked as transportation engineer at Chieng Cheng Technology and CECI for two years. From 2014, she pursued the PhD program at the University of Texas at Austin in the US.
