TRB Workshop on Doctoral Research in Transportation Modeling and Travel Behavior

The workshop was organized in four parts with six presentations each. The parts focused on the following topics

  1. Autonomous Vehicles, Connected Autonomous Vehicles, Activity-Based Modeling
  2. Networks, Traffic, Route Choice, Transit Transport
  3. Network Companies, Car-Sharing, Other Travel Behavior
  4. Machine Learning, Logistics, Trucking, Parking

Every doctoral researcher gave a 5 min lightning talk to introduce her or his topic. At the end of each part, there were 15 minutes for debate let by an expert in the respective area of research.
