In the TEMPUS research project (https://lnkd.in/edinUnrS), we are researching automated and connected driving from various perspectives. The primary motivation is finding ways to make future transportation systems safer and more efficient!
Since 2021, the project partners Landeshauptstadt München, Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Wohnen, Bau und Verkehr, BMW Group, Ebusco®, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), PTV Group, Stadtwerke München GmbH, Technische Universität Dresden, Technical University of Munich, Trafficon - Traffic Consultants GmbH, Traffic Technology Services Inc., Yunex Traffic, 3D Mapping Solutions GmbH have been working together on the TEMPUS project. The project sets up a test field in the Munich city area and the surrounding region. The test field will enable us to test and evaluate a wide range of use cases involving automated driving functions and innovative mobility services for private and public transport.
