The second DARUMA project on-site workshop was held in Kyoto between May 16 and May 17, 2023. Project participants from KU (Japan), TUM (Germany), BME (Hungary), UCM (Spain) and Hitachi Ltd. (Japan), and guests from the Miyazaki University (Japan), Hiroshima University (Japan), and Tokyo University of Science (Japan), got together to report the processes of the respective work packages in charge, and more importantly, to discuss next steps and future collaborations.
In the first day of the workshop, Qinglong Lu presented the process of WP (Traffic simulation), mostly on the calibration of the simulation model of Kyoto. He also worked in KU as an exchange researcher for two months (May - June).
