The chair of Transportation Systems Engineering has recently been awarded a project by the TUM institute for ethics in AI (IEAI), focusing on ethics for smart city applications. The project (Ethics for the Smart City: Applied socio-technical frameworks to assess the implementation of AI-related solutions) is a joint collaboration with the Chair of Business Ethics, but also external partners, including the municipality of Kirchheim bei München, the DFKI, and Ariadne Maps.
The chair is already looking forward for a fruitful collaboration.
