Here's a brief explanation of the registration process:

1. Fill out the Registration Form: Visit the registration page and create an account. Complete the registration form by providing your personal information and selecting your participant status. If you are a student, you must prove it by uploading a PDF document of your enrollment. With this account, you can log in later to check your documents. 

2. Secure Early Bird Discount: If you register before February 10th, 2024, you can take advantage of the early bird discount!

3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email of your registration, along with your event ticket and invoice.

4. Stay Updated: Keep an eye out for updates regarding submission deadlines, scientific committee, program, and following information. You will find all the news within this LinkedIn Newsletter and on the mobil.TUM 2024 website (http://mobiltum.de)

(Tip: to ensure a smooth registration, we highly recommend completing the registration on a computer) 

Registration fees:

Please be aware that the fee must be paid if you're registered for the event.

€ 590- for a full two and a half days' attendance. 

€ 490- for early-bird registration (until February 10th, 2024). 

€ 390- reduced fee for B.Sc. and M.Sc. students (upon certificate).  

€ 290- for early-bird registration of B.Sc. and M.Sc. students (until February 10th, 2024). Other potential attendees in need of a reduction are invited to contact us.

Submission of extended abstracts:

To submit your extended abstract for the Call for Contributions, register over the link provided and create an account. After you create an account, you will find an upload section for extended abstract submission.
