Arunava Putatunda
Arunava Putatunda joined the Chair of Transportation Systems Engineering at TUM as a doctoral candidate in February 2023. He completed his M.Sc. (Infrastructure Planning) at the University of Stuttgart in 2017. Since then, he has worked in various roles in the field of teaching and research.
His research focused on analysing individual mobility behaviour in interaction with the environment and society using multivariate statistical methods such as discrete choice models. Another focus of his work was to handle, update and run (simulations) extremely large-scale travel demand models to assist in planning, designing, executing and analysing mobility behaviours of the population living in a given region.
